What data we process
- Contact form data: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, message content, plus IP address and time of sending (to prevent abuse).
- Technical data stored in server logs (IP address, browser, visited URLs) – by the hosting provider for security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed to answer your enquiry and possibly prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Technical data – to ensure security and proper operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period
Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, no longer than 2 years after the last contact. Server logs – according to the hosting provider’s policy.
Recipients
The hosting provider (seohost.pl) and the e-mail provider. We do not transfer data to third countries and we do not sell it.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies: remembering the selected language and the closed cookie notice. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, to object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to biuro@veramo.pl.
